Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
January 11, 2016 Minutes
Present: Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, and Margaret Warner; Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Ron moved and Steve seconded the adoption of the agenda. Approved unanimously.
Ron moved and Steve seconded the adoption of the Minutes from the past meeting as amended. Approved unanimously.
Steve moved and Margie seconded the adoption of the financial reports as amended. Approved unanimously. Ron reported on benefits spending.
Library Director Kathy Chisholm reported on a highly successful Festival of tress, Joyce Davison’s retirement, and the training of substitute employees. The Antrim-Bennington Lions Club will be doing eye screening on January 15th and 16th.
Kathy announced the Town schedule of holidays.
Ron moved and Steve seconded a motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
